Premium DTF Transfer Powder

Premium DTF Transfer Powder is used as the adhesive stage of the Direct-to-Film printing process. After a design is printed onto DTF film, transfer powder is applied to the printed ink before the transfer moves through the appropriate curing and heat-application workflow.

This product is intended for DTF printing workflows using compatible film, ink, printing equipment, and curing processes.

How DTF Transfer Powder Fits Into the Process

DTF transfer powder is applied after artwork has been printed onto DTF film and while the printed ink is ready for the powder stage.

1. Print the artwork: Prepare and print the design onto compatible DTF film.
2. Apply the powder: Apply transfer powder according to the requirements of your DTF production setup.
3. Remove excess powder: Follow the appropriate process for removing powder that is not part of the printed design.
4. Cure the transfer: Use the curing method appropriate for your equipment and materials.
