About Us

DTF Transfer Ohio is a growing print shop specializing in high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers and gang sheets. We are currently seeking a DTF Operator to join our production team. If you're hands-on, responsible, and eager to learn a valuable trade, we’d love to meet you.

Position Summary

As a DTF Operator, you will assist and eventually operate our Direct-to-Film printers. These machines require precision, care, and attention. You’ll start as a helper, working closely with experienced operators and receiving full training. Over time, as your skills grow, you will be trained to operate the printers independently.

Work ethic is critical for this position. DTF equipment and materials are valuable and sensitive — focus, responsibility, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the DTF operator with daily printing tasks

• Learn to safely and properly handle DTF printing equipment

• Support the team with artwork preparation, film handling, and order organization

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Communicate clearly and follow instructions

• Be punctual and focused during work hours

• Grow into the role through training and hands-on experience

• Fluent in English (Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus)

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them through our services. You will serve as the communication bridge between our customers and the production team—ensuring smooth, clear, and efficient service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a friendly, professional attitude

• Understand store policies and procedures to assist customers accurately

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs

• Relay requests and order details clearly to the production team

• Resolve customer issues and follow through until resolution

• Keep accurate notes and records of customer interactions for quality follow-up

• Support order processing, returns, and general inquiries

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Store Manager who can lead both the front and back of the store while keeping daily operations organized and productive.

Position Summary

The Store Manager will serve as the link between ownership and the production floor. This role is responsible for keeping the store organized, the team on track, and production running smoothly. You’ll oversee operations, ensure staff punctuality, welcome customers, and create a positive, efficient work environment.

This position also requires learning the operation of our DTF printers and production equipment so you can step in to assist when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and coordinate team activities

• Monitor staff attendance and ensure shift coverage

• Ensure production runs smoothly and orders are completed on time

• Be actively present in both office and production areas

• Learn and operate in-store printing equipment when needed

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly, professional attitude

• Maintain a positive and productive work environment

• Support, guide, and hold team members accountable

• Enforce store policies and maintain operational efficiency

• Communicate with ownership about performance, needs, and improvements

• Assist with inventory control, supply ordering, and workflow management
