1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping methods to suit your needs. Rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping

  • Rate: $8.99 (for orders weighing 1 lb to 5 lbs)

  • Delivery Time: 3–4 business days

Economy Shipping

  • Rate: FREE for orders of $100.00 or more

  • Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

Express Shipping

  • Rate: $44.99 (for orders 1 lb and above)

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has shipped. Carrier delays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery times.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

  • Peak Season: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will contact you by email or phone if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number once your order ships.

  • Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of the email being sent.

  • You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: While we take care to pack and ship your order securely, DTF Transfer Ohio is not responsible for damages or losses during transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.

  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs clearance times.

5. Local Pickup

If offered and selected at checkout, local pickup may be arranged at our Columbus, Ohio location. Pickup instructions will be provided once your order is ready.
