Return & Refund Policy – DTF Transfer Ohio

At DTF Transfer Ohio, we take pride in delivering high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, gang sheets, and printing services. Every order is made to specification, and we strive to ensure accuracy and consistency in every print.

Because most of our products are custom-printed to your artwork, our return and refund policy is tailored to the unique nature of the DTF printing process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Custom-printed orders (including all gang sheets and DTF transfers) cannot be returned or refunded once printing has started, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • For non-custom products (equipment, blank films, accessories), you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • All eligible items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your DTF prints arrive with a printing defect, damage during shipment, or an error in size, quantity, or artwork that differs from your approved file:

  1. Email dtftransferohio@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will either reprint your order or issue a refund — at our discretion — at no cost to you.

Note: Color variations up to industry-standard tolerances are not considered defects.

3. How to Request a Return (Non-Custom Items Only)

  1. Email dtftransferohio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For defective or incorrect products: DTF Transfer Ohio covers all return shipping costs.

  • For all other eligible returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed gang sheets and transfers

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Digital products and design files

7. Important Notes

  • Always package returns securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Any disputes will be governed by Ohio state law.
