UV DTF (Direct-to-Film) Transfer is a printing technology that uses UV-curable inks to print high-quality designs onto a transfer film. These designs are then transferred onto various materials, including fabric, wood, metal, and more, using heat and pressure. This process results in vibrant, durable prints with excellent color accuracy and long-lasting adhesion.

UV DTF is ideal for creating detailed, multi-color designs on a wide range of surfaces.

* Orders are shipped via UPS Ground by default (unless a different option is requested), and delivery usually occurs the next business day (depends on the destination), excluding holidays and unexpected weather delays.

We welcome the following file types for artwork uploads:

SVG files are preferred as they allow for resizing without quality loss, but any file uploaded at 300 DPI ensures we can resize the image to your specifications without losing quality.

For a high-quality printing;

- make sure your design/sheet has 300 dpi resolution,

- any unwanted backgrounds should be removed,

- ensure that the size of the design or the designs placed on the gangsheet aligns with the desired print size.

You can use anything from a household iron to an industrial-grade heat press, or any option in between.

DTF prints are highly durable and hold up exceptionally well in the wash when cared for properly. They are resistant to fading, cracking, or peeling and maintain their vibrant colors even after numerous washes.

To ensure the longevity of your DTF prints:

Wash garments inside out.

Use cold or lukewarm water.

Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.

Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results.

UV DTF prints, designed for hard surfaces, are not intended for garments or items that require washing but are scratch-resistant, water-resistant, and highly durable for everyday use.
